Business contact details you send us: name, company, email address, company or VAT number, and the content of your enquiry, trade account application or brand submission. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

How we collect it

Forms on this website open your own email client and send the information directly to us. We also hold information you send us by email in the ordinary course of trading.

Why we use it

To assess and open trade accounts, review brand submissions, respond to enquiries, supply goods and keep records required for accounting and tax. Where you have asked for the trade bulletin, to send occasional trade updates.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests in operating a business-to-business wholesale supply relationship, performance of a contract with your business, consent for the trade bulletin, and legal obligation for accounting records.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to supply you: carriers and logistics providers, our accountants, and IT or email providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell your information.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is an active commercial interest and then deleted. Trading and accounting records are kept for six years as required by UK law.
