Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the supply of goods by Blackstone Sterling Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17316766. Last updated August 2026.
- 1. Trade supply only
- We supply VAT registered businesses buying for resale or contract use. We do not sell to consumers. Opening an account requires a company or VAT number, which we may verify before accepting an order.
- 2. Orders and acceptance
- A quotation or price list is not an offer. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. We may decline or limit any order, including where stock is allocated to existing accounts.
- 3. Prices and VAT
- All trade prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. Prices are those confirmed at the point of order acceptance and may change on future orders with notice.
- 4. Payment
- Unless agreed credit terms are in place, invoices are payable before despatch. Where credit terms apply, payment is due within the agreed period and we may suspend supply on overdue accounts.
- 5. RRP compliance
- Resale at or above the recommended retail price supplied with each line is a condition of supply on brand-managed ranges. Persistent breach may result in supply being withdrawn.
- 6. Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Goods travel on pallet or parcel to the address on the accepted order. Shortages or damage must be reported within three working days of delivery.
- 7. Title and risk
- Risk passes on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full for the goods concerned.
- 8. Returns
- Correctly supplied goods are non-returnable unless agreed in writing. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or credited once reported within the period above.
- 9. Product information and compliance
- Labelling, documentation and product data are supplied to UK retail standards. Buyers remain responsible for compliance obligations arising from their own channel, market and presentation of the goods.
- 10. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods supplied under it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- 11. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
